Overall Purpose Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative services of site or region, such as records, information management, data entry, and other office support services Ensuring a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers Support and contribute to thepany Quality Policies and QMS May to IT Manager Responsibilities Client relationship & Business development Resolve customer invoicing concerns. Data entry into customer portal. PO collection, submission and value tracking. Follow up with clients for required documentation. Generation and delivery of ad hoc reports. Professional interfacing with all process partners. Operations Monitor operation's data entries for exceptions. Resolve data conflicts / errors. overtime to production time, when applicable. Data entry intopany portal; data and hours verification (if applicable). Demonstratesmitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents. Mustply with local andpany Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies. Organization & management Ensure timely processing of payroll and invoicing. Maintain database records within our proprietary software. Reconciling data based on current business practices. Other miscellaneous office support, as needed. Document expenses per business practices and requirements. Manage and upload clientmunication to client files when applicable.
