About The Position

Find your purpose as a Total Rewards & HR Operations Intern with CentraCare! We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to participate in a structured 16‑week rotational program designed to provide broad exposure across multiple HR functional areas. This non‑clinical internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how core HR operations support the employee experience and the overall functioning of a large healthcare organization. Over the course of the program, you will rotate through eight departments: Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, HR Program Management, HR Customer Care, HR Compliance, and the HR Service Center, spending two weeks embedded with each team. You will gain hands‑on experience, contribute to meaningful work, and build a strong foundation for a future career in HR. Internship Experience Interns will assist with administrative and project‑based tasks within each rotation, collaborate with HR professionals across the organization, and gain insight into the day‑to‑day operations that keep our HR systems and services running smoothly. This internship is ideal for individuals exploring HR career paths or interested in understanding how HR functions behind the scenes. Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri 8a-430p May 2026-August 2026 Pay & Benefits: The rate of pay for this internship is: $18.50 per hour Benefits available: casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts! Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Communications).
