About The Position

Find your purpose as an HR Operations Intern with CentraCare! We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized intern to support a major modernization effort within HR Operations. This non‑clinical internship focuses on preparing CentraCare’s Job Description library for migration from JDXpert to Oracle Jobs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all job documentation. Interns will partner closely with Compensation, HR Business Partners, HR Compliance, and operational leaders to review, edit, and standardize job descriptions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, writing, documentation, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. Internship Experience Interns will assist with job description cleanup, template alignment, content validation, and documentation tracking. You will gain insight into job architecture, HR compliance, and the operational processes that support HR technology transitions. Your work will directly contribute to a smooth and successful system migration.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Communications, English, Analytics).
  • A valid Minnesota driver’s license and a driving record in good standing may be required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills.
  • Ability to manage high‑volume documentation work with accuracy.
