About The Position

  • Familiarity with Accounting and Inventory Management.
  • Experience in Facilities Management and Event Planning.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management and Vendor Management.
  • Ability to implement Process Improvement and Workflow Automation.
  • Experience in Change Management and Translation Services.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Telecommunications.
  • Understanding of DHL Business Knowledge and Business Processes.
  • Knowledge of Business Strategy and Market Research.
  • Experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong Influencing, Feedback, Presentation & Storytelling, and Facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute general administrative support plans and processes for a department/group of professionals.
  • Collaborate with staff members of the committees/boards/departments to prepare for meetings and events.
  • Provide coordination support for meetings of the Group board of management, the supervisory board, steering committees, and/or corresponding committees.
  • Take steps to achieve coordinated cooperation at the board department/division/Group at all levels.
  • Support travel bookings and reservations.
  • Coordinate the purchase process for supplies and requirements for the cluster.
