About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Master's Degree or currently enrolled in a Master's program.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate operations in determined areas, proposing long-term initiatives and process improvements.
• Consult with the senior administrative team to identify areas for study.
• Attend and participate in departmental, administrative, and executive level meetings to understand organizational structure and objectives.
• Support facility community efforts and represent the hospital in community organizations and events.
