At Mayo Clinic, our diverse workforce encompasses more viewpoints, thoughts, and ideas to help solve the many challenges of today's health care environment. Internship project work would include project management, data analysis, observations, benchmarking and a final presentation reflecting on the internship experience. As a cohort, interns gain exposure to the organization as a whole through lunch and learns, mentorship and virtual site visits. Additionally, internship experiences would offer unique exposure, based on site selection. Internship Opportunities are available in the following sites: Mayo Clinic Arizona, Mayo Clinic Florida, Mayo Clinic Health System - Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Mayo Clinic Health System - Lacrosse, Wisconsin, Mayo Clinic Health System - Mankato, Minnesota, and Mayo Clinic Rochester. The primary purpose of the Graduate Internships is to provide an intern with relevant field experiences in their chosen field of study. One or more mentors will be assigned to the intern to provide instruction, guidance and to assess performance. The intern is responsible for observing the functions and processes of the assigned work unit. In addition, the intern may be given selected work assignments to reinforce the learning experience, to assess the performance levels and to provide benefit to the work unit. The intern will be responsible for completing all internship-related assignments and reports for both Mayo and the participating educational facility. The duration and timing of the internship are for Summer 2026 (May-August).
