About The Position
Find your purpose as an Administrative Fellow with CentraCare! This is a one-year opportunity designed to create various leadership development opportunities through project work and interim leadership roles. This role will be housed at St. Cloud Hospital, supported by a co-preceptor model involving a Senior Operations Leader and the VP of Enterprise Analytics and Transformation. Project selection will be a collaborative approach between the co-preceptors and the Administrative Fellow. This role will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the system and attend executive-level leadership meetings. The schedule for this position is full-time, requiring 80 hours every two weeks, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a temporary position that will last from July 2025 to July 2026. The salary for this role is set at $71,000 per year, and it comes with full-time benefits including medical, dental, paid time off (PTO), retirement plans, employee discounts, and more.
