Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Care and Access, the Administrative Fellow will participate in high-level projects, management decision-making process, and strategy development. Through these experiences, the fellow will have the opportunity to acquire and refine important managerial competencies, including analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. As a result, the fellow will have ongoing interaction with the entire administrative team involving a broad range of operational and strategic issues. Over the 12-month period, the fellow will lead and support high-impact projects aligned with OHSU's fiscal year priorities and strategic goals. The fellowship is designed around a portfolio of projects that span key departments across OHSU Hospital and Clinics. These projects will be identified in collaboration with senior leadership to address organizational needs and strategic initiatives. Each project will be guided by administrative sponsors who will provide mentorship and performance feedback focused on core competencies critical to healthcare leadership. This flexible, project-based structure allows the fellow to gain cross-functional experience, contribute meaningfully to institutional objectives, and tailor their learning to their professional development goals.
