About The Position
ChristianaCare is seeking an Administrative Director to lead all aspects of the instrument processing operations of all CCHS sites that clean, high level disinfect and sterilize reusable instruments. This role assumes 24/7 responsibility for efficient, effective and safe service with a strong focus on quality, outcomes, and physician and caregiver happiness. Responsibilities include direct supervision of the Sterile Processing department at Christiana SurgiCenter, Newark and Wilmington campuses, and oversight over all ancillary departments/office practices that perform reprocessing functions.
