About The Position
The Administrative Director of Operations at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management is a senior administrative role overseeing the Center for Science of Science & Innovation (CSSI) and the Northwestern Innovation Institute (NII). This position is responsible for the operational and financial management of both units, providing strategic leadership to enhance their missions and ensure effective collaboration with various university departments. The Director will support the Faculty Director in positioning CSSI and NII as leading research organizations and will manage a range of administrative functions, including budgeting, human resources, and compliance.
