Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, explaining our services, and delivering an exceptional experience from the start.
  • Dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently while managing updates through our internal scheduling systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about proposals, track pending leads, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
  • Create and send proposals, maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, and ensure all project files and documentation are complete and accurate.
