Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and credit card transactions (training provided)
  • Perform accurate and efficient filing of documents and records
  • Support general administrative tasks and office operations
  • Cross-train with the invoicing department to provide coverage when needed
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional front office environment
