The Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient operations of CHN’s executive leadership and Board of Directors. This is not just a scheduling role. It is a position for someone who anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and brings structure and follow-through to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to members of the executive team, providing high-level administrative support, managing multiple calendars, coordinating board functions, and ensuring leadership is prepared, informed, and supported.
