Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Outpatient Services Team. Key responsibilities include: - Patient scheduling for the pre-anesthesia testing clinic - Chart assembly for the Operating Room for day of surgery - Setting up interpretive services as needed - Coordination of office supplies This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the outpatient services and may have some administrative responsibilities for the OR Team. Previous experience in pre-op testing scheduling or surgery scheduling is a plus! Monday-Friday, onsite with hours of 7a-3:30p. The Outpatient Services department is responsible for the scheduling and registration of patients receiving outpatient treatment or diagnostics at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Role Purpose Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
