This position is based out of Glen Burnie, MD Eastern Elevator is part of American Elevator Group (AEG), the largest independent elevator service company in North America, consisting of a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating throughout the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to work in the MD office. The Receptionist will coordinate all administrative tasks required by the finance and management offices.

  • Serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers.
  • Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system and other communications methods and networks.
  • Process billing for open order jobs.
  • Closing open order jobs to ensure proper cost is accounted for on the job.
  • Generate and maintain financial spreadsheets per the finance department.
  • Assist the mechanics in completed their time tickets in the system to ensure proper pay.
  • Enter and update information in computer databases.
  • Assist the dispatchers upon their absence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute directions accurately and with speed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and diligence.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
  • Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of communications systems.
