The Administrative Coordinator supports the Assistant Deans in the Office of Medical Education and the Assistant Director of the Office of Medical Education/Primary Care Population Medicine Program for needs in the office including scheduling, ordering supplies, coordination of events, food ordering and reimbursements. This position also supports lecturers' needs, as well as administrative support for third year clerkships. The Administrative Coordinator also supports the Primary Care-Population Medicine Program including the LIC (third year of the program) with coordination of student calendars, check-in meetings and data needed for meetings, as well as room scheduling and coordination of monthly/bi-annual meetings. This position also supports faculty who lecture for the program, as well as course leaders. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the LIC Coordinator and the Program Director of the PC-PM program to plan and implement activities throughout the year related to the PC-PM program including graduation and special events.
