About The Position

Culmen International is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide operational support, manage office services, coordinate meetings and logistics, and support documentation and communication across the pSMILE team.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative systems, database entry, and office coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare/lab environment experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks (scheduling, records management, data entry, billing support).
  • Support internal committees with administrative needs.
  • Assist with document control and SOP management.
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, vendors, and project staff.
