About The Position

This position provides administrative and operational support in a group office setting. This could include interfacing with doctors, managers and supervisors, patients, and the public. This position is a highly visible and technical but non-supervisory role that may handle such duties as triaging of telephone calls for the office’s managers/supervisors/physicians, along with human resources transactions and records, data reporting, and general administrative support duties. This role differs from an Administrative Secretary in that it does not necessarily support a Director level, but rather an office setting in which managers, supervisors and/or practitioners of varying levels depend on high-level administrative and operational support.

  • Answering phones
  • Medical Terminology
  • Physician Practice
  • Running reports
  • Microsoft word & Excel, some PowerPoint and Typing
  • 3-4 years experience in a related field
