The Experiential Learning Team plays a crucial role in this mission, and the Administrative Support Coordinator will support the Director of Experiential Education and the team to ensure the successful execution of this mission. This position involves a variety of administrative, operational, and data management tasks, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail. The coordinator will be integrated into many operations of the team, ensuring that all administrative needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. They will be expected to work independently, make executive decisions, and communicate professionally on behalf of the team. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with mobile technology, as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment. The position may require early morning, late evening, and occasional weekend work, depending on the demands of the role.
