About The Position

The ideal candidate in this position is a polished professional who is comfortable representing and personifying Myomo's culture, as well as contributing to building and maintaining morale. The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in a variety of areas including maintaining a welcoming, energizing, highly efficient, and well-organized orderly environment. Keys to success will be an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with proactive and thorough communication. The individual will be highly competent in event coordination, scheduling and arranging travel, and ordering supplies and equipment. In addition, the Administrative Coordinator would feel comfortable performing light EA duties and providing support to the HR team on ad hoc requests such as facilitating interviews and welcoming candidates/new hires, reference checks, and uploading/updating compliance forms.
