Requirements

  • Proficiency in ordering office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed
  • Experience in restocking office supplies, keeping track of inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination within the team and with external parties
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and restocked as needed.
  • Take charge of ordering office supplies, maintaining a balance between cost-effectiveness and meeting the office's needs.
  • Ensure the break room is properly stocked with snacks for the team's convenience.
  • Manage printing stations by ensuring they are well-stocked with notepads and other necessary materials.
  • Play a crucial role in maintaining the general flow of the office, contributing to an organized and productive work environment.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving any in-office inquiries or issues that may arise.
  • Take responsibility for processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Provide support in other administrative tasks as required.
