The Administrative Coordinator ensures all administrative, accounting, certain service user related, and purchasing functions are handled in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner and is in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role assists the Director in the analysis of the unit's financial performance, through the development, processing, and analysis of performance reports, the preparation of the budget and ensuing analysis of monthly financial reports. The coordinator works closely with the Director on the financial feasibility of development projects and coordinates closely with department heads to establish and monitor systems that provide service user or employee information.
