Purpose: The Administrative Coordinator I provides analytical, reporting, and communications support to the Department Administrator and department leadership. This position will assist with supporting faculty recognition, promotion and review processes, assisting with internal and external communications, and preparing complex data for standardized reporting surveys. Assistance with managing social media for the department. Works closely with the department’s Communications Coordinator and its Administrator in advancing the department’s strategic goals, keeping in line with the department’s standards. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and editing skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
