The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on providing fast and friendly customer service. This role involves answering and responding to incoming calls, supporting the Customer Service Center, and completing all phases of the reconciliation process. The coordinator performs bookkeeping duties, monitors cashier accountability, and partners with the Division Loss Prevention team to resolve cash and other shrink issues. Additionally, the position includes managing the hiring process, coordinating training, and handling payroll and benefits administration.
