The Administrative Coordinator provides essential operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Design, Engineering & Construction (DE&C) organization. Working closely with senior leaders across the Americas region, you will enable day-to-day team efficiency by coordinating communication, documentation, scheduling, and project support activities. This role is a key connector between DE&C and cross-functional partners, helping ensure projects stay on track and the team operates with structure and alignment.
