At Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, our Connected Aviation Engineering & Technology (E&T) team delivers innovative solutions that keep aircraft, airports, and airspace seamlessly connected. You will play a critical role enabling leaders and engineers to do their best work, serving as a trusted partner who brings structure, organization, and proactive support to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an onsite role based in Annapolis, MD, our largest Connected Aviation hub, with an expectation to work onsite at least 4 days per week during Eastern Time core hours. What YOU will learn: You will gain exposure to engineering leadership and large-scale aerospace programs within Collins Aerospace and RTX. You will develop deeper expertise in enterprise-level administrative operations within a complex, matrixed organization. You will strengthen your skills in executive support, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
