About The Position

The NDSU School of Nursing is hiring two positions. The responsibility of the first position will include supporting all aspects of the pre-licensure BSN program in Fargo, including processing applications, coordinating prospective students, preparing documents for the program as well as serving as a resource to students and working closely with the program directors and faculty to support the program. The second position will include similar responsibilities for the primarily online LPN-BSN & RN to BSN programs. This position will also include supporting School of Nursing advisory boards. Both positions will assist in carrying out the day-to-day functions of the School of Nursing to meet the need of the associate dean for nursing , faculty, students, and external agencies. Please indicate in the cover letter preference for position (working with pre-licensure BSN program or LPN-BSN & RN to BSN program).

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2 years work experience in an administrative support role
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to contribute to a professional and team work environment in a positive, effective manner
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience creating and using spreadsheets
  • Proficient Microsoft computer skills
