We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to drive operational performance and be responsible for day to day tasks that agents do have access to including: PCard payments/reconciliation, Oracle Ordering supplies such as Car Wash and office supplies. The role involves creating POs for windshields, tires, services, checking refunds, and making payments to local vendors. The candidate will also handle Verisae for location repairs, have limited access to FileNet, and manage VIR uploading/quality assurance, which may require contacting customers. Additional responsibilities include Eform requests, organizing vehicle maintenance, providing POs to vendors, assisting in submitting RSR Reports (BM PCard), and generating reports such as Work Overdue/Aging and other reports as assigned.
