Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to Legal Secretaries and Paralegals with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Copy, scan, and compile legal documents as needed.
  • File correspondences, documents, and forms accurately.
  • Update lists and assist with closing files.
  • Cover the reception desk during breaks and absences, greeting and directing clients and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
  • Respond to requests from visitors and clients via phone or email in a professional manner.
