Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for daily business activities.
  • Assist in managing and tracking inventory.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Handle shipping/BOL creation for shipments from CoMan facilities.
  • Close work orders and manage costing for CoMan facility and New Berlin site.
  • Verify CoMan invoices and transfer to AP/Finance.
  • Initiate new item forms and new customer setups.
  • Submit NDA submissions via ONIT.
  • Place orders for products and parts for various departments.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.
  • Greet vendors/guests and ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Communicate important information to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with commercial, production, administrative, and management teams.
  • Input pricing for Litchfield and New Berlin.
  • Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.
