Requirements

• Customer service skills
• Ability to follow direction and perform tasks within scope of role
• Experience in healthcare or patient care experience
• Experience using electronic medical record
• Medical terminology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks.
• Administers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record.
• Manage patient, family, and facility calls.
• Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed.
• Answers internal phone calls.
• Chart preparation.
