We’re excited to add an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to our growing People team at Elementl Power! In this role, you will provide high-impact administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior leaders including the VP of Regulatory Affairs, General Counsel, Controller, and Director of Operations. You’ll play a critical role in enabling these leaders to stay focused on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. As a trusted partner and core member of the People function, the ABP contributes directly to organizational effectiveness by supporting cross-functional initiatives, improving workflows, and serving as a professional, reliable representative of the team. You’ll operate at the intersection of executive support, operations, and people-focused initiatives, helping Elementl Power scale effectively while maintaining a strong internal culture. Collaboration is central to this role. Reporting into the People team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, the Executive Business Partner, the Project Management Office, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless coordination, strong communication, and consistent execution across the organization.
