Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting leaders with intricate global organizations.
  • Understanding and practical application of project, program, and process management principles to solve operational challenges.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects and events from concept to flawless execution.
  • Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies, with a passion for leveraging them to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to communicate with a various range of people, job functions, and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, global travel, and expenses for Directors.
  • Drive the success of strategic projects by anticipating roadblocks, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across executive teams.
  • Assist the creation and execution of impactful internal and external meetings, offsites, and events aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Address complex, ambiguous challenges with creativity and minimal guidance, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, anticipate needs, and develop/implement scalable processes to optimize team's workflows and efficiency.
