About The Position

At Voda, we specialize in a wide range of services to keep your home or business clean, fresh, and free from damage. Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results. Lead and steer all aspects of back-office administration, to include handling all incoming leads (phone and digital), customer coordination, scheduling, working closely with field team, submitting and tracking insurance claims, liaising with insurance companies, submitting estimates and invoicing customers. Position will also involving working directly with general manager to assist with human resource needs, maintaining physical office space to ensure a clean, healthy and organized working environment.

Requirements

  • Either Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in business, personnel management, or three (3) to five (5) years of experience in related role.
  • Able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and team.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of basic accounting and budgeting principles.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment and effectively contributes to teamwork.
  • Inspires and motivates employees to maintain exemplary levels of quality and service.
  • Positively influences all facets of the business.
  • Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of computerized information systems and their applications across all business domains.
  • Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in using computers and various software, particularly MS Office, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the administrative department.
  • Effectively handle and schedule all incoming leads.
  • Work closely with field team to schedule and manage customer expectations.
  • Order supplies and oversee inventory management procedures
  • Work closely with General Manager to assist with outgoing client and vendor relations.
