The Administrative Assistant I works under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Services performing general administrative support duties. Work includes scheduling and taking minutes of the Peer Review Committee and other meetings such as Behavioral Services Discipline meetings, tracking timeliness of behavior support plans and consents, compilation of information related to behavioral services, managing the Behavioral Services office, and completion of general secretarial duties. Works under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Some flex time is required.
