Job Description: The Administrative Associate performs a variety of computer, clerical, and supply functions necessary for the operation of the nursing unit. Responsibilities include handling and controlling written and verbal communications between nursing unit, personnel and numerous physicians, ancillary services, patients, visitors and families, and the organization of the patient medical record. Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Computer experience required
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of Administrative Associate training or previous medical secretary/medical records experience preferred
  • Medical terminology preferred
