About The Position

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) is seeking a highly organized
and service‑oriented Administrative Associate to support the Decosimo Success
Center in the Rollins College of Business. This position plays a vital role in
ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to students,
staff, and campus partners.

Often serving as the first point of contact for visitors and students, the
Administrative Associate helps create a welcoming, efficient, and
student‑focused environment while overseeing office operations, administrative
processes, and student worker support.
