Works under direction to assist with management of administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support 3 Division Chiefs and faculty within those divisions.. Administrative support includes the following core tasks: Calendar and Meeting Maintenance which includes scheduling meetings, creating presentations, handouts, meeting minutes, meeting follow-up and sometimes catering. Additional duties include ordering supplies, maintaining breakroom, on-boarding, reimbursements, travel, Qgenda, Call schedules, CME upkeep and CV maintenance.
