The role also involves maintaining a variety of fiscal, administrative, and academic records, posting information to agency records, and modifying forms or records. Responsibilities extend to verifying, processing, and reviewing forms, reports, and other documents, making arrangements for meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The position may also involve coordinating activities and assigning work to student workers and support staff, as well as participating in the hiring, training, and supervision of student workers and other support staff.
