About The Position

This Administrative position will be providing support to the Clinical Professionals Recruiter and the Nurse Recruiter providing specialized skills to promote the efforts of the clinical recruitment department of Cherry Hospital. Working closely with the recruiters, this position will provide creative and logistical planning and support for clinical recruitment activities and will be responsible for recruiting data management and reporting. This position is responsible for tradeshow preparation and coordination, collaborating with graphic designers to create marketing collateral, developing presentation materials, the selection and design of promotional and advertising materials and the coordination and design of digital tools, web, and print for the promotion of Cherry Hospital as an Employer of Choice. This position will also act as a team member in the processing of agency nurse credentialing as needed.

Requirements

  • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Thorough working knowledge of graphic design platforms such as Canva, Publisher, In-Design and Adobe to design creative and impactful collateral for recruiting purposes
  • Skilled and efficient user of Power Point and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to understand agency contracts and coordinate and prioritize work to accommodate various deadlines and time frames.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience visually, verbally, and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of Recruitment/Retention processes
  • experience with graphic design software and Excel
