The Administrative Associate I will support and serve the Student Engagement Community of Practice at the University of Memphis. This includes various departments such as Student Leadership and Involvement, the Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism, Veteran and Military Student Support, the Office of First-Generation Student Success, the Student Government Association, Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs), and QEP Coordination. The role is essential in providing coordination, compliance oversight, and administrative support for student organizations and campus engagement initiatives. The Administrative Associate will report directly to the AVP for Student Engagement and will play a critical role in maintaining a vibrant, well-organized co-curricular environment that supports student development, engagement, and retention. Additionally, the position will work closely with the Division of Student Affairs Business Officer to ensure alignment with divisional processes and fiscal procedures.
