The Augmented Administrative Associate performs a range of administrative duties of varying complexity, dependent upon experience and education. Responsibilities may include more advanced and accountable tasks requiring sound judgment and attention to detail. Work is performed under supervision and in accordance with established procedures and company policies. Employees are expected to align personal goals with OVEC/IKEC Strategic Business Plan, its Mission, Vision and Values, as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. Employees are expected to actively support the OVEC-IKEC Strategic Plan, which includes five sections: Zero Harm, Provider of Choice, Culture of Engagement, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement. The position requires adherence to the Gears for Success booklet and the OVEC-IKEC Code of Business Conduct, which outlines the ethical and legal standards expected of employees.

  • Execute routine administrative tasks following clearly defined procedures.
  • Compile and review reports, including Maximo system outputs; ensure necessary corrections are made.
  • Support document processing, proofreading, ledger posting, data sorting, summarization, and calculations.
  • Manage filing systems and retrieve information in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Assist in preparing departmental reports and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications: answer phones, take messages, manage email correspondence, and distribute mail.
  • Enter data using computer and operate various office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
  • Adhere to company procedures, safety rules, and operational standards.
  • Report irregularities and abnormal conditions promptly.
  • Collaborate with staff members and assist in training peers or new employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data and information.
  • Perform similar or lower-level duties as required to support departmental operations.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of software used by the Company.
  • Ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Computer skills and clerical experience preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support roles.
  • Familiarity with Maximo system or similar software.
