  • Support warehouse operations and business functions.
  • Perform extensive and accurate data entry and create actionable reports.
  • Manage inventory of supplies for the warehouse.
  • Schedule incoming truckload, LTL, and shuttle shipments, as well as returns shipments.
  • Keep track of outbound truckloads.
  • Oversee invoicing for maintenance and utilities on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Retrieve and file paperwork from each department daily.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Service and warehousing/fulfillment experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to solve problems analytically and creatively.
  • Ability to handle stressful customer interactions via telephone and email.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Ability to alternate sitting and standing throughout an 8-hour period.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
