The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Site Leadership Team by performing administrative tasks associated with site events, meetings, and visitors. The role includes maintaining office and cafeteria supplies according to standards, liaising with site leaders to ensure completion of tasks, and providing ideas and feedback for improvement of administrative functions. The assistant will also assist staff in coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, functions, and other projects both onsite and off. General office duties such as ordering supplies, filing and retrieving corporate documents, and managing incoming correspondence will be part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves scheduling transportation services, vending services, and meeting setups, as well as assisting with special projects as assigned. The Administrative Assistant will also answer and direct phone calls, coordinate planned guest visits, and prepare surveys, reports, memos, letters, and other documents using various software.
