The Administrative Assistant helps to maintain property operations and to attract and serve guests and residents. Your job will include greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining open communications with all property and regional staff, and working closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company. Additional responsibilities include processing accounts payable within the automated accounting system, assisting in processing procurement card reconciliations, organizing and maintaining files, researching and implementing company-sponsored activities, attending and participating in training programs and seminars as required, handling inquiries by telephone to back up property staff, running errands, and performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
