The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Pension Administrators by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage daily office needs and maintain our company's client relationships effectively. The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include answering and directing phone calls, assisting with data review, pre-calculations, and following up with clients. The role also involves writing and distributing emails, letters, and faxes, as well as providing general support to visitors. The Administrative Assistant will act as the point of contact for external clients, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. A high school diploma is required, and additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist will be considered a plus. Experience or education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business is also desired, as some accounting knowledge will be beneficial in this position.
