  • Processing all start and stop services and updating excel spreadsheets.
  • Updating billing excel spreadsheet.
  • Uniform ordering and inventory.
  • Cell phone ordering and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to on-site management team in the areas of scheduling, billing, inventory management and ordering, timekeeping (temp staff), and building access management.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support including answering and routing phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate conference room requests; schedule necessary office vendor inspections/repairs; office and field supply ordering as authorized by management.
  • Set up and maintain client and vendor files.
  • Request and PTT numbers and distribute new account information to appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training with Recruiting and the Office Operations team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
  • A minimum of two (2) years administrative experience is preferred.
  • A collaborator that can collaborate and interact with various levels of staff and management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be highly organized.
