About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth office operations by providing administrative support to senior management and team members. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and department heads
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication in a professional manner
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in maintaining office filing systems and managing records
  • Organize and support company events and activities
  • Order office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working condition
  • Assist with HR-related tasks and other office administration functions as required
  • Perform other general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office management certifications preferred
