Requirements

  • Prior office administration or secretarial experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to interact with staff, individuals served, and the public in a positive manner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the Richmond, IN office.
  • Handle and direct all mail, incoming calls, faxes, and visitors.
  • Maintain, schedule reservations, set up trainings for, clean, and organize common work spaces, including front areas of Day Service, Training Center, and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office equipment and service contracts, including scheduling vendors for repairs and services, completing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • File all client related information according to compliance standards.
  • Maintain staff training lists for all classes, sign up staff, provide reminder calls and messages.
  • Take attendance at trainings, report missing students to HR and Managers.
  • Share training class schedules with outside provider agencies.
  • Travel to other locations (often Lima office) to provide support when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
