The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to multiple senior executives, managing all administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and budgeting. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting seasoned executives in a professional services environment.
  • Experience in financial services or investment banks is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage accounting, financial, and compliance-related items.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative business details for multiple senior executives.
  • Handle heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling.
  • Book travel arrangements and facilitate onsite events and visitors.
  • Manage incoming phone and email inquiries.
  • Oversee expense reimbursements, invoicing, and department budgeting.
  • Coordinate department projects and special assignments.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
